The Belgian Women's First Division (Dutch: Eerste Klasse, French: Division I) is the top level women's football league of Belgium. It started in 1973-74.

There are currently 14 teams in the league. They play a double round-robin to decide the champion. The champion of the league qualifies for the UEFA Women's Champions League. The last team gets relegated to the Belgian Women's Second Division, the 2nd level. The 13th-placed team plays a relegation match against the 2nd-placed team of the second division.
